Hardware Design & Build
Our team of in-house hardware design engineers works across Analogue, Digital, RF, Embedded, FPGA, and DSP as well as PCB design and assembly.
Hardware design and build projects are our speciality. With extensive skills in electrical and mechanical design, we complete full turnkey systems in-house. Regardless of the scale of your requirement, we can support you from a single cable to a full system test rig.
Following strong design for manufacture principles, your equipment will be fully supported by us or a partner with our design data packs.
Design data packs consist of all the necessary manufacturing documentation such as general assemblies, wiring lists, parts lists, and circuit diagrams to enable the equipment to be fully supported through its working life. They can even be re-manufactured in the future if required.
We specialise in:
- System design
- System build (in-house design/partners/subcontractors – build to print)
- Data loggers, automated test equipment, and bespoke systems
- Microsoft Windows, real-time OS, and FPGA solutions
- Multi-vendor hardware integration
- Prototype development.
We can supply you with:
- Rugged flight cases
- Industrial cabinets
- 19” Instrumentation Racks
- Interface PCBs
- Signal conditioning
- Low-cost hardware
- Cables and harnesses.

We can deliver turnkey systems engineered to meet your exact needs: from end-of-line measurement, process control and data logging systems to full automated test cells and standalone automated machine applications.
