David has worked with BAE Systems, Thales, EADS, CAE Inc. and prior to joining Austin Consultants in 2011 was Lead Developer for a nanotechnology company.

Jason is an experienced LabVIEW Architect and electronic engineer. He has in-depth experience in delivering a wide range of test, measurement and control projects based on the NI platform. His expertise includes LabVIEW RT and FPGA applications based on the NI cRIO platform, advanced knowledge of SQL queries, and reverse engineering a wide range of legacy systems.

Liam graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 with 1st class honours in Mechanical Engineering. While studying, Liam completed a 15-month placement at an NI Alliance Partner, gaining experience developing LabVIEW applications and systems for bespoke projects. Following University, Liam joined Austin Consultants and is involved in a wide variety of mechanical/electrical/software engineering projects across a wide range of applications.

Lee has over 10 years of in-depth experience working in a variety of hardware engineering roles. Starting on the tools as a panel wireman and fabricator, Lee then became a design engineer eventually leading a small team on numerous projects from design to installation and commissioning, for customers primarily in aerospace, petrochemical, and manufacturing.

Lee is responsible for overseeing the in-house design and manufacture of bespoke ATE and production systems based on the NI platform, incorporating standalone and programmable safety controllers to meet the relevant required standards.

Lily graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2020 with a first-class honours degree in Electronic Engineering. During her studies, she completed a 12-month placement at an NI alliance partner – leading software development for an Aerospace ATE project. In the year following her University studies, Lily completed a year at a South Yorkshire based engineering firm which gave her experience with manufacturing QA, electronic design and design for hazardous environments. Lily joined the Systems Engineering team at Austin Consultants in 2022, bringing her knowledge of multiple languages and electronic design to help complete a range of projects to an excellent standard.

Matt has over 17 years experience in Business Development & Account Management in technical services and recruitment solutions; driving new business through working with senior stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives within the UK, Europe US, Asia, and India. Clients have included both Enterprise and SME organisations across a broad range of sectors including Engineering, Telecommunications, System Integrators & Consultancy Services, FMCG, Financial Services & Energy & Utilities.

Juri has over a decade of sales leadership experience within the engineering and technology industry, working In Europe, North American and Asia. Having qualified in Mechatronic Engineering he started his career as an Automation Engineer within the power generation and mining industry before moving into sales where his passion lies. As a sales professional, he uses a consultative approach to work with customers, across a range of industries, to ensure that they achieve successful outcomes within their application. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience of systems integration, the NI platform, and Industrial IoT.

Gill has over 20 years sales and marketing experience in technology and digital industries.

The primary focus of her work is to understand and analyse business challenges, and identify cost effect and sustainable solutions.

A commercially astute and results orientated problem solver Gill is skilled at maintaining a strategic overview whilst taking a pragmatic approach to implementation.
